Good practice is to print the e-mail with key, copy and paste into a text file along with the download. If you lose your key then it should not be the problem of the software author. Lot's of warnings to backup and safe guard your key and if you lose it then tough crap. Purchase another key and treat this as a lesson learned and backup your software and key.

 Capt Obvious, this issue is (and has been) ongoing for a few years. The author has been MIA, and a few (quite a few I believe) members have reported to have purchased the software, reporting not getting a key (or any replies/help). Your post may be offensive to those who have been having problems in the past.
