win96 program

can someone please tell me if the win96 program can only be used on the RR website or if there is another site u can use reason iam asking is i donated to RR on monday of this week and they still havent updated my account and iam waiting to program my pro-96.thank you

I would e-mail the site webmaster, RR is a place I have not seen matched anywhere. As for other areas you can use the Win program, I am not sure as I have never used it.

Is there a particular area/set of frequencies you are looking for at present??

Maybe somebody can/will post them if you ask.
