Win96 real slow to load

Just updated Win96 from ver. 1.55 to 1.71. This latest ver. either will not load or takes 7 or 8 minutes to load. In Safe mode (Vista) it does load normaly and fast but not when the full Vista configuration is run.

Any suggestions, this happens of two Vista machines.
