I have a Radio Shack pro-2096 and i purchased win96, am trying to work it off my laptop which has windows vista, i get intot the win96 site but when i try to download it says TIMED OUT WAITING FOR HEADER. am getting real upset and i want this to work in hte worse way, because i have been told how easy it is to program your scanner. can someone please please help me make this work.
