Win97 Help

I downloaded the Starrsoft Win97 software to use with my PSR-400. My problem is the HELP file will not open up at all. I cannot figure out how to do everything in this program without the HELP file. If anyone uses this Win97 program would you please email me the HELP flie. It's a small file, only 141kb. My email address is:
