Does anyone know if Windham made some changes to their system. Over the past 2 days when they transmit it comes in "digital" as if I was not using a p25 capable scanner. I am able to still get Salem and other towns in the area. Could they have changed to something like p25 type II?

also I should mention I am getting the "errr and buzz" when they transmit so if it was encrypted I don't think I would heat anything right?

Depends on your make/model.

Unidens skip over ENC channels
RS/GRE/Whistler - stop and attempt to , which is where most folks find out about ENC

I have a Uniden BC 250D... Is the consensus that they are now encrypted and cant be monitored or they switched to some other type of p25 that my bc250d cant pick up :)

They've made a change to the repeater output. I believe the new frequency is now 155.6025 They are still using the same NAC and ARE NOT encrypted.

155.6025 confirmed by technician

The only license in the state for 155.6025 is in Wilmot...

That is correct. The first thing I checked as well. However, I just called the technician that made the change to the repeater Monday and he confirmed that the new output frequency is 155.6025. Apparently the change was made due to an interference issue with a department down in Mass.

Hopefully the OP has had a chance to reprogram and confirm if the receive issue is now OK on his end...
