I have an HRI-200 connected to a Dell Latitude computer running windows 10. I have opened up the ports on my router (46100 - 46122) however, the ports seems to be blocked on the computer. I have tried everything I know to get past this. I am running Norton security and have disabled it however, Windows Defender will not allow me to get to the port settings. I have admin authority. Do any of you have any suggestions on how to break this logjam?
