Windows 7 Driver for GRE USB Cable?

I use the GRE USB cable to program my Radio Shack Pro-160. I dont remember the cable coming with a drivers disk. Do I need a driver to use it with ARC-160 and Windows 7 ?

If it is anything like the RS equivalent cable then no, drivers from the CD are not needed as Windows loads them automatically. Just be sure to select "let Windows find driver" and you should be good to go.
