Windows RT 8.1 Microsoft Surface Tablet

My sister has a new Microsoft Surface Tablet running Windows RT 8.1 Windows. Every time she starts the computer the page comes up and asks her to put in her password, can someone tell me how to change the setup so she does not have to put in a password every time she start the computer.
