Windsor Ontario air show???

Just recently moved back here to windsor and was wondering does windsor still hold airshows, i have heard a mix of answers on the deal, just wondering if someone here knows if they still do?? If so when??

The Red Bull Air Races the end of this month on the river.

Itsa gonna be a really, really, big show.

yea heard about that, do you know if windsor still holds it air shows with the snowbirds,like i say its been about 13 years since i have been back here..

No not really anymore , I used work at the field , not so many airshows around anyore due to the high insurace issues after 911 ,...I dont know if even the bigger ones like london can afford it anymore..thats the reason I was given anyway.

wow that really sucks, you'd think all that stuff would be takin care of or atleast you'd think they could cover that, but i also can see the understanding as to why as well, oh well , guess theirs not too much u can do when living ina small city...Thanks for the reply thou
