Windsor Police Officer Killed In Shooting

A Windsor Police Officer was fatally shot outside of a Macs Convience Store between 2:00 and 2:30 this afternoon near the area of Pillette and Seminole. Area schools have been placed on lock down, parents are told to pick their children up. Windsor Police have 2 teen suspects in custody, and still remain to look for a 3rd. An RCMP helicopter was called in to assist the search. Windsor Police will be releasing a statement at 8:00 pm, tune to AM 800 CKLW for the press conference.

I was in the area around the time the call came in. Man I never seen so many cops at once in my life. Sad day for us in the Windsor/Essex County area
