I notice the Star reporters in the database says they no longer use the kelcom system does anyone know if they are still monitorable or of any other reporter freqs for the area or does everyone use mike phones nowadays , also there are private investigators on the system , I think they may be using voice inversion , anyone had any luck hearing them with that progarm that was floating around a while ago , are they worth listening to?
