Monitored this week, RCMP in Windsor using P25, frequencies 425.9125, 425.8875 and on L8 425.7625. Seem to be simplex , and the nice guys ID'ed themselves as London Special Ops. so the frequencies might be worth monitoring across Ontario, as you never know where they might pop up.
