Windsor Two-way LTR System in Toronto

The voluteers running the Marathon today in Toronto are using this system. Call Sign is VDS928 three freqs are licensed. So far I have I'd only one of the LCN's due to low traffic volume.

This is an old 3 channel LTR system owned by Kelcom. Been in use for about 3 years in Toronto by various users (Digital Mobile, Film, Contractor for City of Toronto, Towing). Is also maintained by Digital Mobile in Scarborough.

The system has repeaters 1-5-9 so unless there are others not yet found,
the groups with repeater numbers 0,2, and 3 appear to be invalid (0-02-208
doesn't look like it's from the same system; its Area Code is 0 whereas all
the others are 1). Also, any ID a-hh-251 through 254 is a special code, not
a real TG; 255 is a disconnect code and 253 sometimes shows up as CW ID.

I think LTR systems are the least known about systems out there. As you have previously said if its not related to someone with lights and a siren most people don't monitor it. Do you have a list of special TG's used on LTR?

I personally only get bored of a radio user once I know what they are...
