If you know anyone on the fire department there, you might want to ask them what they're actually using for dispatching. Some months ago Chambers County quit "toning out" on Old Primary (155.805, 146.2 PL) but the 800 talkgroups are still being used for enroute and on-scene talk. My first guess was that the county dumped voice paging and went to alphanumeric paging using a commercial carrier.
