I'm having trouble setting up my BCD396XT to scan for the rural area's directly north of winnipeg. i.e. West St Paul, East St Paul, St Andrews. Using the TGID's from the RR guide, and the tower associated with them. I know it's setup right, as I can hear the Springfield (neighboring RM to the east of East St Paul) and truck radio's.
The things I can't hear are initial pages and truck/portable radios. I've used an older Uniden scanner, the direct few for some of the pages, 159.2400 and 153.500, and portables/trucks are 158.9250.
Is there a way to enter this in directly?
