Has the wpg police gone encrypted again? been listening all night and havnt heard anything

yes encrypted.
back to encryption... looks like it's permanent now.
The data base for Winnipeg was updated but it is inaccurate. The old analog TG's are not in use now (for the most part) and have been replaced with digital TG's.
Some of the old analog TG's are still used like RCMP/WPS common, old TG 1A,B,C are now 1P,O,N but would only be used as backup.
Well it's one way to get rid of crime in Winnipeg, or at lease keep it out of the paper.

Yes that horse training channel is also ENC
I have found that anything I have recently submitted to the database has been added promply by mciupa. The error I made early on was that I would report a frequency in the forums and assumed it would be included in the DB. That is not the case and now that I understand the process any thing I submit has been dealt with.
