Question: Does Winona County SO dispatch for Winona City PD? If so does anyone have any unit ID info? Thanks in advance!

Winona Co Sheriffs Office and State Patrol are the only PSAPs in the County.

I thought the State Patrol was dispatched from Rochester for that area.

Correct, but they are able to take 911 calls originating from winona county.

A 911 call in Minneapolis could be answered by Minneapolis, u of MN, Hennepin county or state patrol.
