Hi is it worth the money to get a new scanner in Winona county? or is everything encrypted? I am looking at a gre800 or possiblely a homepatrol have not made up my mind yet tho Thank you in advance
I have a pro-106 and it works just fine,there are some encrypted channels,but the main dispatch channels are in the clear,Ive noticed the city and county main dispatch channels have been simulcasting on VHF and 800mhz for the last few days
