Hello,
Have a new WinRadio G305e. Using Windows 7.
Having all sorts of problems in importing Excel files .csv files that I created into the program to use.
Sometimes it works; usually it doesn't.
Reasonably sure that I have the Excel file format correct, as they have defined.
In my 70's now, and not as sharp as I used to be with this "stuff," and it is likely that it is something I am doing wrong. But it might be a bug in program. Have spent many hours trying to figure this out, but haven't been able to discern a pattern, or what might be wrong.
Really don't want to bother everyone here with all the details my problems,and what I have tried, and tales of woe with this.
Is there anyone fairly knowledgeable with this unit that I can trade a few e-mails with privately ?
Would be most appreciative for the help.
