It seems that these 2 apps support WinRadios (and others such as the Perseus and/or Elad)...

The popular CSVUserListBrowser does (go to the very bottom of this page)


And a German site has 'Station List' - it doesn't say where the data it uses comes from, though....

Primarily StationList is a programme for MW DXers in Europe and that data will be running the first time you use it. However under the 'Files' section there is an "Import" choice where you can download the EiBi csv listing and some others. Download the EiBi csv file to the Stationlist folder and change the name to something like "EiBi15Nov20" otherwise it won't accept the data. Then you import the file which it displays and then you have to "Save database". Then you can open the new file you made from the list at "Open and use database" and after that it will load every time. You can make your own database as an Excel file but it's quite a convoluted process that I have documented if anyone wants it.
