Has anyone else had any problems with WinScan locking on a particular bank?

I have an online scanner Here and for some reason, about every other day or so, the software locks onto the trunked system. I use the multiscan to scan conventional channels, as well as the Lockhart/Caldwell County 800 system.

Just checking to see if anyone else has had any problems before I go to pozilla.

Don't bother going to Pozilla, you'll never get any help. They're quite famous for it. There are 2 895 Yahoo groups, and one 245 group; but I think the moderator on the 245 group has abandoned it. I've been trying for months to join, and he has never responded.

Do you mean when you say it 'locks onto the trunked system' that it stops scanning on the control channel? What do you mean by this?

bank "A" is conventional and bank "B" is trunked. I use the multiscan so that I can scan both banks through the software. Every other day or so the software stops multiscanning and just stays scanning on the trunked system. In other words, it's just like the multiscan stops working. Everything still shows that it's operating, but it doesn't

I have to shut down and restart the software to get it to start multiscanning again.

Hmm, can't say I've ever heard of that one. To be honest, I don't use Winscam...er, Winscan all that much partly because of the lack of support. As I mentioned before, though, there are 2 895 Yahoo groups where it's likely you will also find Winscan users. Here are the URLs:
