Over the last several days I have noticed encrypted calls from WPD on CLRMN with no activity on 155.565 analog.
Wondering if they are in the process of switching completely to digital and getting rid of the simulcast...

Yes, the plan is once everything is installed, they will be on CLMRN completely. Fully Encrypted as well, like Avon.
