I'm monitoring the Chester County P25 system, and hearing lots of PD/Fire/EMS stuff.

But nothing on the local government TGIDs.. where are the snow plows?

Where are the Roads people?

I must be missing something.

Thanks.

Resting I suspect due to their upcoming 12 hour shift of steady falling and blowing snow.
It's a long duration storm.

Above Rt30/202 it's going to be a challenge to keep a single lane passable on the majors based on forecasts.

They'll be lucky if they only do 12 hours. I know guys who plow and during a big storm they can be on the road for up to 36 straight hours.

BTW, I find the whole thing about naming snow storms stupid. It's just dumb hype by The Weather Channel. What's next, naming every thunder storm during the summer?
