With the chance to see some winter weather this weekend, what are some good things to scan, particularly in the Tulsa area?

Looking for anything that might be interesting on OKWIN, BACRN or any conventional stuff.

Where do sand trucks and plows operate?

I usually stick to listening to OHP and the local FD's (in your case Tulsa Fire) to determine the road conditions and any closures, slow downs, or accidents for winter weather events.
The ODOT contractor for the Tulsa area is listed here.
For Tulsa city and county road crews will be on their associated talkgroups on OKWIN. (Tulsa Co Roads 1-4 (2129, 2131, 2133, 2135), Tulsa Streets(2503))

In addition to the ODOT Contractor CP-Integrated, the ODOT supervisors use 151.025 in Tulsa County.
The City of Broken Arrow Street Department do snow removal on talk group 3000 on the Broken Arrow 800 Site.
