Winthrop Mass had a MCI at 70 Shirley Ave - truck hit a building - also multi gunshot victims

The Broadcastify recording of Winthrop Fire that started at 125 pm has the beginning of the incident. The beginning of the incident is at approx 1900 on the 3000 long tape.

Listening to the police recording from Broadcastify - it went like this - 1755 on tape - someone on scene calls in crash - 1828 - someone at scene reports 1 party trapped - 1904 - party at scene reports shots fired and gives plate, description, and direction of fleeing vehicle - then some messages and some yells - yells are indecipherable on the tape - 2321 - request for cop to secure weapon

Bottom line - entire incident lasted approx 5 minutes
