Winzip question

I've been trying to open sentinel software from the Uniden website with the free version of winzip but can't seem to do it. Do I need the full version {pay} to do it or am I doing something wrong?

just right click on file and choose extract. will do automatically then it will open that folder.. click on the MSI file to install.
Nio zip needed use the windows unzip utility.
