i just bought a 996xt and im just learning freescan could any one send me a file for wiscom i live in twin lakes but i travel throughout the state i am currently working in milwaukee any files would be fine just stuff i can test untill i learn the scanner i have a pro 96 so wiscom with the 996 im sure would be much better thanks
