The Plaza Hotel & Casino Security in downtown LV used to be pretty easy to monitor from all over the Vegas Valley using just about any scanner or even a Baofeng, as it was a high-profile, analog UHF repeater on 463.375MHz, in this day & age where most of the bigger hotel & casino properties are on DMR trunked systems. But alas, they seemed to have moved-off that repeater.
The FCC license was recently renewed, but still shows analog-only:
ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WQSV371 - PLAY LV DBA PLAZA HOTEL AND CASINO
The mystery is a good excuse for me to get down there & do some close-target reconnaissance, but if anyone knows what they've moved-to, please do update the RRDB. Even though it's likely to be a CAP+ system requiring some programming to monitor, I'm hoping that any BDA/DAS upgrades haven't removed their HAAT/ERP that allowed for their prior system to be easily heard.
