I see that there had been several FCC filings for site completion. Has anyone heard the system on-air yet?

According to the FCC license, 774.78175 should be 774.71875. I didn't notice any activity today on any of these freqs in the Burtonsville / Scaggsville area.

Today at Johns Hopkins Road and US 29, I can decode a control channel using 774.71875 with the above SysId of BEE00-49C.

The NAC for site 001-002 is 492, and a Peer / Neighbor site is BEE00-881, showing a cch of 451.5875. BSI channel is 769.53125, but does not show a FCC ID, only "TEST."

More notes on this system: I was able more or less to have a decode south on US 29 into Silver Spring, then south on 16th Street to about about Military Road NW. Leaving DC from Capitol Hill and travelling along US 50, I did not reacquire a usable decode until MD 197, and only lasted a few miles. My guess is that only tower sites at Burtonsville, Savage and Jericho Park are up atm. And judging by the tower site spacing and quality of the signal delivered, this system is definitely being built to a mobile on street standard.
