The link explains what's happening in town right now but the traffic is a nightmare.

Right now both lanes of Interstate 89 are completely stopped. People are out of their cars on the interstate holding up protest signs that were meant for the march. Those folks aren't making it to the march. They're creating there own protests right on the interstate.
State Police have called in the night shift A.S.A.P. and have contacted some northern Task Force and put them on notice.
The traffic and the amount of people are something nobody expected or are prepared for.
Every avenue into Montpelier is plugged with either traffic or people.
I've called the local news crew and they are in Montpelier but didn't realize the traffic was this bad, or that people were protesting on the interstate!!!!
