wondering about mfj-393k

i am thinking of buying the mfj-393k with the foot switch also built by mfj and i was just wondering if any one here has or knows anything about the mfj-393 headsets i have read some reviews on from eham and i was kind of hopeing for more insight on the matter if it is worth spending the money on it or is it garbage
