HP-1: Wont scan Favorites list

Likely a Master Database update was performed just before the problem occurred?

Why would a Master Database update cause this problem?

Under Edit Profile each in Monitor Favorites list all favorites i have selected are on the one i haven't are off download is on and location is no but if i go to load some of the favorites on the HP i get the All Are Avioed or out of range and none are avoided or out of range

Try this.

On the HP1 goto
1 menu
2 manage favorites list (select your custom favorite list)
3 Click USE THIS LIST
4 Click YES (Take notice of how many channels loaded...)
continue if none load from step 5 on
*If Warning message comes up that all channels that are in range have been avoided... double check your programming in sentinel
5 If your programming looks correct double check your "SERVICE TYPE" tab if they are empty you found your problem (select proper service types)
6 if service types are input into your programming go back on the HP1
7 click MENU
8 Click Select Service Types
9 Select all the service types that are listed in your custom favorites list in sentinel
10 CLICK ACCEPT
if that don't work
11 menu
12 advanced menu
13 avoid options
14 review avoid list
15 CLEAR ALL AVOIDS

if not "perhaps you unplugged your HP1 without clicking safely remove hardware on bottom right and corrupted your hp1 files...." "<<< I done this alot"
