It looks like Wood County Sheriff will be following BG in upgrading their radios to DMR. I've heard chatter about the "new radios". All their licenses have been updated with the 7K60FXE Mototrbo designator.

KET263 (WOOD, COUNTY OF) FCC Callsign Details

Anyone have any idea when they will begin to migrate to digital?

Last I saw they're still using their HT1000's.

I would guess it will be some time until they switch. They still have a lot of older radios in use.

I am getting just buzzing on 154.725 however I don't have DMR decode so I am unable to get the system specifics to be able to monitor to confirm it's DMR. Anyone else getting WCSO analog still? thanks!

Just spoke to a friend of mine who is a road deputy. They just switched over today using mototrbo. It was supposed to happen a couple weeks ago, but there were some delays.

Either tonight or tomorrow I will try to get the specifics with DSDPlus. They are supposed to be rebroadcasting over analog on 151.115 so the village PD's can still monitor them.

Is 151.115 used for rural towns dispatch now? Heard 611 tonight analog mode. Is 155.070 in use still?
