Wood County Westcom Dispatch

How long has Wood County Westcom Dispatch been using 154.4300 with a PL of 88.5 and have they recently put up a new repeater with a higher ERP? Reason is, I have been picking them up on the same frequency and PL of Minerva FD in Stark County, OH. I have never heard their traffic before.

Be honest I can not remember when they did start using 154.43 but it has been since the 911 I believe,their Lic issue date says Oct 04, 2001. I have also heard them on 154.34 today which is listed as Marmet, Wv. I have noticed a band opening this morning ( ground waves rolling pretty hard ) also so maybe that is why you heard them.
