How long has Wood County Westcom Dispatch been using 154.4300 with a PL of 88.5 and have they recently put up a new repeater with a higher ERP? Reason is, I have been picking them up on the same frequency and PL of Minerva FD in Stark County, OH. I have never heard their traffic before.
