Woodbridge PD off the air? Or using enc as it sounds like it (a periodic motor boat sound) on their common dispatch frequency. All other assigned frequencies low band and UHF are quiet also.

Last OTA dispatch comm was at approx 1615hrs.

No tones at 1830hrs.
