Woodbridge Township TRS

Does anyone know the current status of the Woodbridge Twp. TRS, located in Middlesex County? The last I knew, they were shooting for April of this year, as being their startup date. The frequencies are:

The TRS has been up for several months the only user are techs (TG 1 ) the new paging freq has very distorted audio here in Rahway think the techs were working on it, maybe they have it all ready to go in a month or two
