Woodbury Co. Iowa, Audio Volume ???

Im curious if an operator of a feed has control of volume levels? I listen to Woodbury Co. Iowa feed, and I have to use a volume booster on my pc and phone to hear it. I also listen to Blackhawk & Grundy Co. Iowa feed (Use to live in the area), when listening to that feed it's plenty loud, I dont need to use the volume booster.

They definitely have control of the feed in one way or another. You might want to try going to the feed page and clicking on Contact Broadcaster and inquire about the volume.
