Right now as I type this, the Woodlawn tower for Fleetnet has the spare frequency 141.975 as the control channel.

I'm wondering if any of the other towers are being worked on or switched?

The last log from the 143.1 CC was at 21:10 Friday. It's my belief the transmitter quit, which caused the switch to the altCC 141.975

Far from the first transmitter operating at 100% duty cycle to fail due to overtemp. I've been there, done that, many times. It can be a simple as the exhaust fan louvers on the equipment shelter failing to open under thermostatic control. The always-on stuff failing first is nearly always the giveaway.

The official report on Woodlawn is someone forgot to wind the repeater. I guess we better stop this or the thread will devolve into junk posts like this one.
