Woonsocket FD frequencies

Has the Woonsocket FD moved to RISCON?
No activity on VHF 155.76750 and 154.13000.

I heard Woonsocket on 154.1300 PL 146.2, while in the city the other day, but the audio was really low.
They definitely weren't on 155.7675.

They have been on the RISCON for a while now. Unfortunately, they are extremely low. I live just over the line in MA, and my reception is spotty.
