In the RR database, none of the frequencies for Worcester are designated as a CC. Just wondering how this works as I thought all trunked systems needed a CC.

In programming EDACS systems into a scanner, the channels used as control channels make less difference because all system channels have to be programmed (no control channel only). Any channel can be programmed to act as a control channel and the channels can change.
