Worcester Public Safety Digital TGs???

I was fooling with the HomePatrol Extreme's advanced Trunk System Analyzer on Worcester's EDACS system and thought I saw some D's appear in certain talkgroups from time to time. 09-002 which is the Police Vice Squad TG shows up with a D in the modulation field. Switching back to listen mode, it appears that when talkgroup 09-002 is active, all you hear is the buzzing typical of a digital signal the scanner can't decode.

I hope this doesn't mean Worcester is implementing ProVoice... Anyone know one way or the other?

They have had those digital (and I assume encrypted) talkgroups for as long as I have been scanning. It's only for sensitive stuff.
