would like to put up a feed

i would like to put up a feed for west haven, ct and some surrounding towns. i have a spare desktop i can dedicate as well as an old pro 528 for the job. what do i need to do other than that, software, log in , etc

Make sure when you submit your application that you include all agencies and frequencies or talkgroups they use. The more info the better, and faster it will be approved.
