Wounded Minnesota Deputy making miraculous recovery

FARGO, ND

After being shot several times in the head and abdomen less than a week ago, a Mahnomen, MN Sheriff's Deputy is making a recovery that is being called "Nothing short of a miracle". He may be released from the hospital in a few days.

2 suspects in the shooting were arrested later that day after a several hour long standoff.

Not to argue with the moderators/admins, but I'm not sure why this got moved. I posted in the News/Announcements because I thought this would be a good story to share with everyone.

I'm sure everyone here in MN is well aware of this story since it's been all over the local news.

Just a thought...maybe moving it to the Wasteland would be more appropriate.
