Out of fairness it does say or best offer, I would offer a hundred bucks but I have absolutely no use for it whatsoever. Probably have a few relics of this radio from Radio Shack in the radio graveyard in the garage LOL.

Seriously for the right person I think an offer up $200 would be very reasonable if it meets somebody's needs.

I'm sure someone will jump on the below deal for a WS1065 quickly! o_O

Perhaps Mr. 97.7% is trying to capitalize on information he may have heard of regrading Whistler. But as we now know, they're back. LOL

I might give him tree fiddy though...

In regrades to the HP's being massively overpriced, there realy is a sucker born every minute. BUT! I have learned some like to be taken advantage of. Take this story for instance. LOL

I put an old Pro-2052 Trunk Tracker on eBay for auction with a starting bid of $25, hoping to get around $50. For some reason, 2 guys got into a bidding war for it and it sold for $157.
They was robbed LOL.

That turned out well indeed for you. It can be amazing to watch folks get wrapped up in a bidding war and sucked in by the competitive spirit.

HAHA I had that happen with a laptop I sold on eBay back in circa 2005. I made the auction all nice with pictures and whatnot (all about marketing) and right away I had several watchers and bidders where several were having a bidding war. LOL! It was pretty cool to login one hour and see the price, then login again the next hour and see how far the price increased.

Today, If I REALLY want something I won't bid. I'll just use a sniper service and put my max in there based on how much I know the item will move for and hope for the best. About 99% of the time I win. Do I get a a good deal? Sometimes. But if it's an item I REALLY want I'm willing to pay for it and then some. I mean, rarity has value...

I found this peanut M&M in a bag and it immediately struck me as a ghost. So I saved it and wondered how much I could get if I put it on eBay! Especially if I hang on to it until around Halloween.
