WHEAT RIDGE - A man says he was shot after getting into an argument with another driver.

The injured man walked into a Conoco gas station at 4750 Kipling about 8:40 p.m. Thursday. That's just south of I-70.

He said that he bad been driving in the area when he got into a verbal argument with someone in another car. He said that person shot him.

Police say the man had a bullet wound in the neck or shoulder area and was taken to St. Anthony's Central Hospital.

The man told police that the shooter was in a tan sedan or four-door car.
