Was combing through FCC licenses in my county and noticed this one:
FCC Callsign WRHW811 (PDV Spectrum Holding Company, LLC) (radioreference.com)
Was wondering if anyone in
Okaloosa, Bay, Escambia or Leon had ever heard anything on these frequencies.
The radio service says trunked, but emission designators seem to counter that, but I suppose it could possibly be analog trunking.

I have them programmed in now scanning the 10 channels in Bay county and don't hear a control channel, so any information on this would be appreciated.

Just noticed another license that seems mighty similar:
FCC Callsign WPMP758 (Note Acquisitions) (radioreference.com)
(Even listed as the same tower in my county as WRHW811)

most likely paper holders, and it was for PDV which was going to become a PToC firm. Much like the OLD nextel era.

+1 for what Evans said. I've attached a link that will give you an idea of what this is. You will not hear any type of activity on here for a long time, when you do it's going to be all digital as they have 10 contiguous 12.5 khz channels for a chunk of bandwidth for their broadband service.

When I lived in Bay County I didn't hear nothing on the 900mhz. I let it record for a week in conv mode.
