Well someone asked a good question on Twitter. Seems the person knows something so I did a little bit of a search and found WRMI's license expired in 2020.

Now the FCC does state all the information may not be up to date. If so then the data is lagging way behind. Probably pandemic related. I doubt WRMI is doing the pirate thing. I think they have done what is needed and the FCC isn't updating the public view of the database as we like it to be.
