WS-1065 scanner

i have a ws1065 scanner and in the last few days i have had 1 county stop receiving. i have tried to do a new download from radioreference.com.... no change when adding new program to it... i have even cleared the memory of the scanner and tried to re upload to the scanner. other channels are receiving and working normal. The county is rockcastle county ky.. the state police channels work good.

i have download this database to the scanner. it seems to pick up mt vernon p.d. with low volume and not stopping on anything else rockcastle county. thank you for your help on this

I am in southwestern Wayne co. and I can hear the S.O. dispatch. It might be that you need a base antenna. Iive about sixteen miles from the towers here in Wayne county and have to have an outdoor antenna because of the hilly terrain.
